Analysis of Frequency-Phase Synchronization Effects in Wolf Number Signals and Solar Radio Emission: 2. Parameterization in the Framework of Flicker-Noise Spectroscopy

In this paper, we parametrize the effects of frequency-phase synchronization in the dynamics of simultaneously recorded solar activity indices. Two-parameter cross-correlators, constructed for the Wolf number series and radio emission in different frequency ranges, introduced within the framework of Flicker-Noise Spectroscopy, contribute to the establishment of realized interrelations in the dynamics of the upper layers of the solar atmosphere. As a result, the spatio-temporal structure of cross-correlators characterizing the mutual dynamics of solar activity indices is investigated. The features of these three-dimensional structures and possible causes of their deformation are described. The obtained results complement the results of the study of the patterns of collective processes in the solar atmosphere, reflecting the generation of radio emission and the formation of sunspots.
