Abstract
The ability of nanosized hydrophobic methyl pheophorbide a in formulations, based on N-isopropylacrylamide copolymers with triethylene glycol dimethacrylate of various compositions and their linear analogue, to generate singlet oxygen is shown, and a conclusion is made about their potential for photodynamic therapy of oncological diseases.
