Abstract <p>The ability of nanosized hydrophobic methyl pheophorbide <i>a</i> in formulations, based on <i>N</i>-isopropylacrylamide copolymers with triethylene glycol dimethacrylate of various compositions and their linear analogue, to generate singlet oxygen is shown, and a conclusion is made about their potential for photodynamic therapy of oncological diseases.</p>
