Study of the Cardiolipin and Acyl Chain Structure in the Cardiolipin−Cytochrome C Complex and Chemiluminescence Activated by Coumarins C334 and C314 in the Presence of a Heterogeneous Catalyst

Abstract
The use of physical activators helps to increase the intensity of luminescence by two to three orders of magnitude without affecting the chemical processes occurring in the system of cellular chemical reactions. The physical activators coumarins C334 and C314 accept excitation energy from triplet excited ketones, formed during recombination of peroxide radicals by the Russell mechanism, and are fluorescent probes. Submitted for consideration: (1) Mathematical modeling of the dimeric structure of cardiolipin surrounded by coumarins C314 and C334 in the catalyst composition. (2) Identification of the features of the acyl chain. (3) Clarification of the parameters of the proton trap.
