The Effect of the Location Region of Electron Beam-Sustained Non-Self-Sustaining Inductive Discharge on Methane Conversion

Abstract
The paper presents the results of mass spectrometric measurements of the composition of C2 hydrocarbons obtained by methane reforming in a supersonic chemically active electron beam plasma with an additional inductively coupled discharge. The influence of the location region of the non-self-sustaining inductive discharge in the reactor on the degree of methane conversion and the yield of C2 hydrocarbons is demonstrated.
