Abstract <p>The paper presents the results of mass spectrometric measurements of the composition of C<sub>2</sub> hydrocarbons obtained by methane reforming in a supersonic chemically active electron beam plasma with an additional inductively coupled discharge. The influence of the location region of the non-self-sustaining inductive discharge in the reactor on the degree of methane conversion and the yield of C<sub>2</sub> hydrocarbons is demonstrated.</p>
