Abstract <p>Effect of annealing temperature and γ-radiation dose on the mechanical and dielectric properties of PM-BU and Kapton polyimide films has been studied. These films exhibit significantly different mechanical properties; however, they are characterized by thermal and radiation resistance and have similar dielectric properties.</p>
