The Influence of Low-Energy Ions Flow and Modified Amino Resins on the Sheepskin Leather Strength Indicators
摘要
Abstract
The article considers influence of low-energy ions flow generated in the radio-frequency capacitive discharge plasma atmosphere at low pressure and urea-formaldehyde resins modified by alcohols on physical and mechanical parameters of chrome tanned sheepskin leather. In the research has been established combined treatment of sheepskin leather with the low-energy ions flow formed in the radio-frequency capacitive discharge plasma atmosphere and filling with modified urea-formaldehyde resins allows increase strength indicators to 10.9 ± 0.05 MPa. Leathers hygienic parameters were investigated by scanning gas-liquid porometry, vapor permeability data and free formaldehyde content.
