摘要

Abstract

A study has been carried out on the transfer of water and alcohols from aqueous solutions into the gas phase under the action of a discharge with a liquid electrolyte cathode. It has been shown that the coefficient of water transfer from solution depends on the concentration and type of dissolved alcohol. A gas chromatographic analysis of the condensate composition has revealed that the condensate contains both alcohols present in the initial solution and their oxidation products, with the concentration of alcohols in the condensate being significantly lower than in the untreated solution. The dependence of alcohol transfer coefficients on the type of alcohol and some parameters, such as the discharge gap, discharge current, alcohol concentration in the solution, and the presence of air in the discharge chamber, has been examined.
