Abstract <p>Some problems of supraspecific classification of the genus <i>Anabropsis</i> Rehn, 1901 are considered. Four new species of this genus are described: <i>Anabropsis</i> (<i>Anabropsis</i>) <i>totumas</i> <b>sp. n.</b> from Panama, <i>A.</i> (<i>A</i>.) <i>logunovi</i> <b>sp. n.</b> from Costa Rica, <i>A</i>. (<i>A</i>.) <i>panamae</i> <b>sp. n.</b> and <i>A</i>. (<i>A</i>.) <i>sculpta</i> <b>sp. n.</b> (both from Panama). A comparison of the morphological characters of these species with those of all other similar species of the nominotypical subgenus is given.</p>
