Lower Bounds for the Minimum Eigenvalue of the bi-Laplacian

Abstract
Lower bounds for the minimum eigenvalues of fourth-order differential operators on graphsare found. An analog of the Picone identity for a fourth-order equation on a network isestablished. Comparison theorems of the Sturm type for such an equation are obtained.
