System with Relay Hysteresis

Abstract
We consider a multidimensional system of ordinary differential equations with relaynonlinearity of a hysteresis type in a special form that permits calculating the fixed point of theoperator generated by this system in closed form. We propose procedures for selecting a vectordefining the location of discontinuity (switch) surfaces in the state space such that there exists aunique fixed point on one of these surfaces. Examples are given representing the theoretical resultsobtained.
