Scientific Goals and Perspectives of the Plasma-Instrument Complex in the Venera-D Space Mission

Abstract
The article present a list of realistic scientific goals that can be achieved by the complex of modern plasma instruments onboard the Venera-D spacecraft. Structures and operating principles of three plasma instruments—an ion energy–mass analyzer, electron spectrometer, and energetic neutral-atom detector—are also presented.
