Abstract <p>Gasdynamic, kinetic, and energetic parameters of detonation are presented for methane–hydrogen dual-fuel systems in the following configurations: (a) stoichiometric methane–oxygen and hydrogen–oxygen mixtures at various ratios; (b) a stoichiometric methane–oxygen mixture with hydrogen added at various ratios; (c) a stoichiometric hydrogen–oxygen mixture with methane added at various ratios; (d) a lean hydrogen–oxygen mixture with methane added at various ratios; (e) a rich hydrogen–oxygen mixture with methane added at various ratios. The fundamental behavioral patterns of such systems are discussed.</p>
