摘要

Abstract

The article presents a method for filtering seawater samples; methods for collecting and preparing samples; storing water and suspended particulate matter (SPM) to determine the concentration of total SPM, particulate and dissolved organic carbon, chlorophyll a, and various biomarkers, which have been used in recent years at the Laboratory of Ocean Chemistry of the Shirshov Institute of Oceanology, Russian Academy of Sciences. The necessary set of equipment for filtration and methods for preparing the filter are described. A method for dividing one filter into all types of organogeochemical analyses is proposed, which has been tested in practice. Schemes of filter installations and the sequence of filter separation are given. The possibilities of modifying the methods are shown.
