Abstract <p>During expeditionary work on the research vessel <i>Dalniye Zelentsy</i> in 2024, multidisciplinary oceanographic studies of the Arctic nature were carried out in the waters of the Barents, Kara, and Greenland seas and the Arctic Ocean. Work was carried out to assess the current state and analyze changes occurring in the structure of pelagic, benthic, and ichthyofauna communities under the influence of climatic and anthropogenic factors. Qualitatively new information was obtained on the functioning of marine Arctic ecosystems in polar night conditions.</p>
