Application of Earth Remote Sensing Materials to Refine the Gold Deposit Location within the Novogodnensk Ore Field in the Polar Urals

Abstarct—When interpreting the materials of satellite imagery of middle (Landsat-7) and high (Kanopus-PSS and Resurs-P) resolution and the results of magnetic and gravimetric survey in the Novogodnensk ore field (Q-42-VII), linear, arc, and ring lineaments of different ranks of different ages have been revealed. The important role of disjunctives of northeastern and submeridional strike determining the block structure of the ore field and control of gold mineralization is shown.
