<p>It has become clear that the prioritization of Sustainable Development Goals is sensitive to various external factors. Based on the data from the United Nations official website, this paper tries to construct a framework to evaluate the prioritized Sustainable Development Goals using Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution and Social Network Analysis. The findings of the paper suggest that there is a huge difference in the selection of prioritized SDG between developed and developing countries under the United Nations official classification. The results of the model indicate that Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions play an important role in this evaluation model with the gap between the two regions, as well as Quality Education. However, if all Sustainable Development Goals are to be reached by 2030, it will make the comprehensive initiatives. This may contribute to the global performance of the other influential goals, which will be the most relevant and widely-spread goals of future. With the adoption of appropriate regional categorization, it is possible to filter the SDGs construction priorities to match the regional realities, thus encouraging other countries in the region to act together in recognition of optimal Sustainable Development Goals. These results will help policymakers to objectively assess the process of Sustainable Development Goals in their regions using mathematical models, which will enhance regional cohesion, making it more likely that other Unit Nation actions will also be promoted.</p>
