<p>This article explores, through African feminist lenses, the lived experiences of young women in Kenya engaged in digital sex work, revealing how the platform economies, far from being liberatory reproduce structural exploitation and gendered violence through systems of account control, opaque payment structures and technology facilitated abuse. The qualitative findings expose the precarity of these systems and highlight the young women vision for dignity, safety and agency. Their stories challenge dominant narratives of digital power imbalance and redefine what decent work foregrounding a critique of the Fourth Industrial Revolution rooted in feminist resistance and the demand for bodily and economic autonomy.</p>
