<p>This study examines the current status and challenges of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) mentorship education in Beijing through the lens of knowledge transfer. It incorporates the SECI model and draws upon the developmental experience of mentorship programs at Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The study proposes solutions and strategies to advance the externalization of tacit knowledge in TCM and foster innovation in TCM mentorship education.</p>
