<p>In this age of information explosion, Internet violence and false information dissemination incidents are constantly emerging. In this paper, the digital contract uses a hash function and digital signature technology to realize data integrity verification and anti-tampering. Using private key signature and public key verification can ensure the authenticity and integrity of digital contracts. The decentralization and immutability of blockchain technology can enhance data protection and privacy, and can solve the problem that traditional manual methods are not effective in reducing the occurrence of cyber violence and the spread of disinformation. This article finds the result through empirical research. There were 128 netizens who experienced online bullying in City A (Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province) in 2021, and 52 netizens who experienced online bullying in 2022. The number of people who experienced online bullying in 2022 decreased by 59.38% compared to the number of people who experienced online bullying in 2021. In terms of false information, the number of false advertising incidents in City A in 2022 decreased by 60% compared to 2021 in terms of internet violence. The ultimate aim is to foster the harmonious development of the internet, contributing to the establishment of a more secure, trustworthy, and healthy network environment.</p>
