Chemical sex in France
摘要
The chemsexers who talk about their lived experiences teach us other truths about the enigmatic links that sexual trance maintains with life and death, desire and transgression, fantasies and limits of the experiences of the body. Based on a case study, this article aims to reflect on the modalities of psychic functioning involved in chemsex clinical practice. This article proposes a reflection on the idea of ‘sexual decompensation’ in connection with the psychodynamics of work stylised by Christophe Dejours. The article also highlights the transformative benefits that psychoanalysis can bring to these borderline sexual experiences.
