Bio-inspired visible light communication
摘要
Bioluminescent organisms offer transformative solutions for visible light communication (VLC) adoption barriers. Learning from bio-mechanisms like counter-illumination, quorum-sensing networks, and decoy-based resilience can shift the future VLC paradigm. These nature-inspired strategies overcome technical, implementation, and market limitations, providing a high-capacity communication foundation for 6G-era applications in smart cities, healthcare, and Industry 4.0 while aligning with radio frequency ecosystems.
