<p>Inhibition of Ras trafficking was the first approach to target Ras in the clinic. With the advent of direct Ras inhibitors, trafficking inhibition may appear obsolete. However, targeting certain trafficking hubs may still offer unexpected opportunities. To exploit these, we need to learn more about the functioning of Ras in specific organelles, which are associated with e.g., cell differentiation. We here discuss future opportunities in that regard.</p>
