摘要

Catheter anti-dislodgement technologies seek to reduce unplanned removals using validated securement strategies such as adhesive, subcutaneous, and breakaway devices. These systems minimize complications and are shaping new procedural standards for vascular and non-vascular care. This review summarizes recent progress, clinical burdens, risk factors, and regulatory considerations. We also propose strategic directions for standardization, implementation, and future integration of sensor-enhanced systems into routine practice.
