Adrenergic G protein-coupled receptors in liver physiology and pathology: research advances and clinical implications
摘要
The liver, key for metabolism and homeostasis, sees growing focus on adrenergic GPCRs (α1/α2, β1/β2/β3; activated by adrenaline/noradrenaline). These receptors affect liver physiology/pathology and are treatment targets. This review explores their roles/mechanisms in liver diseases to aid research, clinic, and precise care.
