摘要

Surgical Optomics represents the convergence of optical imaging technology and advanced computational analytics to create a new paradigm for precision surgery. Key techniques include fluorescence-guided surgery (FIGS) using exogenous dyes, spectral imaging leveraging endogenous chromophores (e.g., hemoglobin, water), and Single Snapshot of Optical Properties (SSOP) for real-time quantitative imaging. This study examines the potential and limitations of some current Surgical Optomics technologies, aiming to advance understanding and foster innovation in this transformative field. By turning the operating room into a data-rich environment, this field has the potential to revolutionize surgical care, enabling better outcomes for patients.
