Prioritizing shared neoantigens profiling across analytical platforms for an inclusive cancer immunotherapy: from bench to the point-of-care frontier
摘要
Shared neoantigens and cancer-related biomarkers are suitable biomolecules with the potential to pursue equitable cancer early diagnosis and immunotherapy at large scale. This review outlines the current repertoire on shared neoantigens and critically assesses the landscape of analytical platforms for their profiling, with a focus on their translation from laboratory-scale systems to emerging single-molecule detection technologies, paving the way toward point-of-care testing as the ultimate ultrasensitive analytical strategy with significant scalability.
