摘要

In this paper, a quantitative evaluation method of wireline logging adhesion during jacking operation is proposed based on the soft string model Firstly, the principle of cable sticking is elucidated in order to judge the cable logging sticking. Then, combined with the soft rod model, the calculation theory of wireline logging adhesion is proposed, and the evaluation model of wireline logging adhesion is established. The model quantifies the risk of wireline sticking, and proposes a risk probability assessment method for wireline sticking during jacking. Finally, a case study of an actual well was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed assessment method. The results show that this well shows signs of wireline logging sticking, and the assessment method is consistent with the actual field observations. An analysis of the sensitive factors influencing cable adhesion and sticking reveals that the cable adhesion and sticking risk is most sensitive to wellbore inclination and drilling fluid density. Considering the combined effects of the main sensitive factors, the overall cable adhesion and sticking risk is reduced by approximately 35%. The results demonstrate that the cable adhesion and sticking evaluation method established in this study is effective, capable of assessing the risk of cable adhesion and sticking in new wells. The method is scientifically sound and has practical application value.
