摘要

This study explores factors influencing tourist satisfaction and revisit intention at historical and cultural attractions, which are crucial for heritage and tourism development. Using push-pull theory, a model was tested through structural equation modeling. Results show that aesthetic motivation and cost-benefit analysis positively impact both satisfaction and revisit intention. While historical and cultural motivation and service value enhance satisfaction, they don’t directly affect revisit intention; satisfaction mediates this. Leisure and entertainment motivation has no effect, but functional value significantly boosts revisit intention. These findings offer insights for policymakers to support sustainable tourism growth.
