摘要

To address the issue of traditional emulsified asphalt easily adhering to wheels during construction, thereby causing interlayer bonding failure, a novel non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt was developed using 30# base asphalt as the raw material. The formulation incorporated sulfonated asphalt powder, Honeywell 7610 modifier, and other additives. The optimal formula was determined as follows: 30# asphalt (50–55%), sulfonated asphalt powder (5%), Honeywell 7610 modifier (1%), emulsifier (0.8–1.0%), stabilizer (0.3–0.6%), and defoamer (0.5–0.8%). Based on the viscosity-temperature curve, the preparation process parameters were optimized: emulsification temperature of 70–80 °C and asphalt preheating temperature of 170–180 °C.Performance tests revealed that the evaporation residue of this asphalt exhibited a softening point of 72 °C. Its storage stability (5d/1.8%) and viscosity (Saybolt viscosity: 12.5 s) outperformed conventional emulsified asphalt and SBR-modified asphalt. The interlayer pull-off strength (25 °C/0.87 MPa; 40 °C/0.66 MPa) and shear strength (25 °C/2.87 MPa; 40 °C/2.33 MPa) surpassed those of comparative materials, reaching peak values at a spreading rate of 0.4 kg/m². The material demonstrated minimal strength reduction at high temperatures and low temperature sensitivity. Tire adhesion tests showed an adhesion rate of only 1.32% at 60 °C, significantly lower than conventional emulsified asphalt (33.76%) and SBR-modified asphalt (17.12%). The study concluded that the material achieves superior high-temperature anti-adhesion performance and stable interlayer bonding strength by enhancing softening point and viscosity. A recommended spreading rate of 0.3–0.5 kg/m² effectively extends pavement service life, reduces maintenance costs, and holds significant engineering application value.
