Research and application of an evaluation mechanism for enterprise information systems
摘要
This research focuses on the challenges in implementing and operating enterprise information systems, mainly the construction barriers and unclear value demonstration. From an intelligent data-driven perspective, a comprehensive evaluation mechanism was designed based on a multi-dimensional index system covering planning, construction, operation, and effectiveness, using an improved normal cloud model to evaluate the application quality and practical effects of information systems. By selecting 150 representative information systems across multiple industries such as tobacco, healthcare, and finance, collecting 31,500 pieces of evaluation data, and conducting comparative analysis experiments, the results show that the evaluation results of this mechanism are accurate and highly consistent with objective reality. In addition, compared with other models, it demonstrates excellent adaptability and comprehensiveness, can be adjusted according to the specific conditions of information systems, and provides valuable decision-making support for enterprises to improve and optimize their information systems.
