Computational prediction of human genetic variants in the mouse genome
摘要
Mouse models of human disease should resemble human genetics. Here we present H2M (human-to-mouse), a computational pipeline to predict mouse genetic variants that mirror the sequence and functional effects of human variants. H2M can also perform mouse-to-human and paralog-to-paralog variant mapping for precision genome-editing tools. We provide a database of >3 million human–mouse mutation pairs, base- and prime-editing libraries for 4,944 variant pairs and a web tool.
