摘要

Conventional dietary indices often fail to align with aging biology. To bridge this mechanistic gap, we propose the Nutrient–Signaling–Senescence (NSS) axis as an integrative framework. Based on this foundation, we develop the anti-aging dietary score (AADS). Preliminary validation using NHANES data demonstrates that a higher AADS is significantly associated with lower PhenoAge acceleration, performing comparably to established indices. This framework enables translating aging biology into population-based research.
