<p>To assist patients in maintaining oral health in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD), this review aims to search the literature on aspects related to oral health in PD patients. In contrast to other research, we included the involvement of microbes in PD patients’ poor oral health. Finally, we conclude that, in comparison to healthy individuals, PD patients have poorer oral health and a higher incidence of oral ailments.</p>
