<p>A new glycosylated derivative of rausuquinone, rausuquinonoside (<b>1</b>), was isolated from the Tai Lake sediment-derived actinomycete, <i>Streptomyces</i> sp. HU061-2. The structure of <b>1</b> was determined by 1D, 2D NMR, MS spectral analysis and the comparison with data from the literature. Bioassay test showed that <b>1</b> exhibited potent cytotoxic activity against tumor cell lines HepG2, HCT116 and A549.</p>
