<p>Older adults will have a need for restorative care for the foreseeable future. However, with declining health, advanced treatments may or may not be appropriate. With dental therapists now able to work more independently, this paper aims to suggest a method of risk/susceptibility assessment using red and green flags to aid clinical decision making, when dental therapists are considering pragmatic personalised care plans for complex, older adults.</p>
