Game-enhanced cultural heritage: a narrative review of research themes, technical approaches, and theoretical foundations
摘要
This narrative review analyzes 62 cultural heritage game studies indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection between 2015 and 2024. The findings are organized across three dimensions: research themes, technical approaches, and theoretical foundations. Results show that games function as media for organizing heritage content, engaging audiences, and supporting interpretation and dissemination. This paper clarifies the field’s knowledge structure.
