<p>Scleroderma, also known as systemic sclerosis, is a rare, chronic condition characterized by diffuse fibrosis that affects the skin and internal organs. The exact cause of scleroderma remains unknown; however, a combination of genetic predisposition and environmental triggers is believed to contribute to its pathogenesis. This article aims to explore oral manifestations associated with scleroderma and to discuss dental management through presenting two case reports and a current literature review. Dental management of SSc patients is not straightforward, requiring a full understanding of oral manifestations and the direct effect of the disease on the patient. Awareness among dental practitioners is essential, as early diagnosis and proper management can improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Further studies are needed to better understand systemic sclerosis and its impact on dental practice.</p>
