<p>Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have become widely utilized in the treatment of various tumors; however, the specific adverse reactions that occur following immune system activation require clinical attention. This article presents a case of diabetes mellitus associated with hypophysitis, where gastrointestinal symptoms were the initial manifestations induced by ICIs. Through this case review, we aim to raise awareness of the complications associated with the use of ICIs.</p>
