Motivierende Gesprächsführung in der Hausarztpraxis
摘要
Motivational interviewing is a communication technique used to help people understand and respect the patient’s autonomy and their ambivalence towards change. The basic techniques include open questions, affirmation, reflection and summary. Change talk consists of patients naming positive and motivating aspects of behavioral change. Such statements can be stimulated by specific techniques or reinforced by the basic techniques. Sustain talk, on the other hand, identifies aspects that speak in favor of maintaining unfavorable behavioral patterns; in discord talk, patients express resistance to consulting physicians. Instead of counterarguments, a flexible approach to such objections and contradictions is more conducive to building motivation. Confidence talk uses various methods to increase confidence that change is possible. Physicians should give recommendations when patients ask for it and the various options should be mentioned.
