Qualitätsindikatoren zur Förderung von Krisenresilienz in primärärztlichen Praxen im Projekt RESILARE
摘要
Crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change pose major challenges for healthcare provision. Medical practices are central to the care of vulnerable groups of people and should therefore be optimally prepared for current and future crises. The development of quality indicators as part of the RESILARE project is intended to promote the resilience of medical practices and identify potential for improvement in preparation for potential crises. Using an established multistage panel process, a total of 32 quality indicators were developed and divided into four domains: (a) individual resilience, (b) crisis prevention, (c) practice organization, and (d) climate resilience. The indicators were piloted and evaluated in 34 general practices. The survey of the indicators revealed that practices had the greatest potential for improvement regarding the fields of crisis prevention and climate resilience. Overall, the piloting practices saw a high relevance of the indicators and their domains for primary care. By measuring the indicators, a large number of actions to promote resilience have been initiated in the practices. Overall, the developed quality indicators proved to be suitable for promoting crisis resilience in medical practices. Furthermore, they show great potential for utilization.
