<p>This study aims to examine the role of AI-integrated Entrepreneurship Education (DEd) with ChatGPT as a main instrument to influence behavioral intention (BI) and technopreneurship behavior (TB). The research involved the main variables from TAM, including perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), and UTAUT (trust, social influence/SI), as well as underlined by the Experiential Learning Theory, Diffusion of Innovations, and Human Capital Theory. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey of 280 undergraduate students from two state universities in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to estimate the relationships between constructs. The results show that DEd significantly influenced PU, PEOU, trust, and SI, which contributed to BI. Among these predictors, SI and trust emerged as the strongest factors in shaping BI. This study also indicates that there is a robust link between BI and TB. The result confirms that both cognitive and socio-psychological factors are equally prominent for promoting students’ TB. This research extends the TAM and UTAUT frameworks by describing DEd as a supporting factor that shapes cognitive perceptions and social norms, while also bridging AI adoption and entrepreneurial behavior. These findings provide a new conceptual framework for understanding how generative technologies shape digital entrepreneurship. The results show that DEd promotes TB through PEOU, PU, trust, and SI via BI.</p>
