<p>This systematic review aims to present trends in the use of Chatbots based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) in primary education. Their use in various subjects, including Language, Mathematics, and Social Studies, is analyzed, high-lighting positive effects on students' academic performance, self-regulation, and autonomy. At the same time, challenges arise regarding the accuracy of infor-mation, its acceptance by teachers, learners, and parents, and the ethical implica-tions of its use in the educational context. The findings indicate that Chatbots can function supportively in the educational process, without replacing the human factor.</p>
