<p>This study aims to assess the availability of resources and their influence on the quality of education, delivered in selected universities of Bangladesh. To achieve the objective, we have collected primary data from the selected public universities using a well-structured questionnaire and quantitative approach for data analysis. We have measured resource adequacy for several purposes, including human resources, physical resources, and financial and logistic supports. The total number of sample sizes is 412. The sample consists of 294 students and 118 teachers. We have conducted this study using structural equation modelling (SEM) to measure the impact of observed variables on latent variables. The gender ratio of the respondents’ states that the total female respondents are 196 out of 412, which is around 47.3% of the total volume and the total number of male respondents is 217 out of 412, representing approximately 52.7% of it. Then, the respondents’ educational qualifications include 263 undergraduate students, 52 graduate students, and 78 postgraduate fellows. The number of respondents who have completed an MPhil degree is 05, and a PhD is 14. SEM output shows that, resource adequacy has a significant and positive influence on education quality. A 1% increase in resource adequacy typically results in a 0.87% improvement in education quality. The study highlights the significance of having enough resources in order to achieve educational objectives by connecting resource adequacy to the overall quality of education. Further studies may consider other established universities and compare those with newly established universities of Bangladesh.</p>
