Mundgesundheit und Lebensqualität in der Kinderzahnmedizin
摘要
In dentistry, oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) is used in addition to the clinical parameters of oral health to assess the patient's subjective experience of their oral health. This approach is now well established not only in adult dentistry, but also in children and adolescents. The construct can be measured using established questionnaires. In this article, the construct of oral health-related quality of life, the possibilities of measurement, and the possible applications in paediatric dentistry are explained and presented using selected examples.
