A bibliometric analysis and systematic review of research on bayberry wine
摘要
This research provides a bibliometric analysis of English literature spanning from 1985 to 2024 as well as Chinese literature from 2004 to 2024. The research status includes keyword co-occurrence analysis, author analysis, institution analysis, publication analysis, and country analysis. To our knowledge, no bibliometric study has focused on the study of bayberry [Myrica rubra (Sieb. et Zucc.) Sieb. et Zucc.] wine. Through a rigorous screening process, a total of 37 articles from the WOS core collection (WOSCC) and 106 Chinese articles from China National Knowledge Network (CNKI), all pertinent to bayberry wine, were identified. Notably, China emerges as a leading contributor in terms of publication volume. The crux of research pursuits in this sphere predominantly orbits around the realms of bayberry wine fermentation techniques and quality enhancement. Visual analysis of domestic and international literature on bayberry wine, facilitated by VOSviewer and CiteSpace, not only offers scholars with a panoramic snapshot of prevailing research landscape but also provides invaluable insights for guiding future research trajectories.
