摘要

Chronic lower abdominal pain, also known as chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPP), refers to persistent pain perceived as originating in the pelvic region. We report on a 33-year-old woman experiencing medial and right-sided lower abdominal pain for several months, with radiation to the right labium majus. Multimodal pain therapy included pharmacological treatment, psychoeducation based on the biopsychosocial pain model, and training in pain management techniques. Acupuncture was used as a supportive measure. Under this therapeutic approach, the patient experienced rapid symptom improvement. She was able to return to work, and medications were discontinued.
