Tumorschmerz als komplexe Herausforderung in der onkologischen Versorgung
摘要
Tumor pain is a multifaceted phenomenon combining somatic, neuropathic, nociplastic and psychosocial mechanisms, affecting up to 80% of patients with advanced or metastatic cancer. Effective management requires a systematic, patient-centered assessment using validated tools, consideration of psychosocial factors, and symptom-cluster-oriented therapeutic approaches. The interdisciplinary care team must define individualized pain and function goals, integrate nonpharmacological and invasive techniques, and implement patient and caregiver education. Special focus is placed on managing breakthrough pain and chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy. Adherence to guideline standards and holistic support can sustainably improve patients’ quality of life.
