Trigemino-autonome Kopfschmerzerkrankungen
摘要
Trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias are a group of rare but extremely intense primary headache disorders characterised by three main features: severe, unilateral pain in the area supplied by the trigeminal nerve (mainly orbital, retroorbital, temporal); accompanying autonomic symptoms such as lacrimation, conjunctival injection, nasal congestion, facial sweating, ptosis or miosis; periodic occurrence (cluster), which is present in many patients. Acute drug therapy distinguishes between cluster headache, paroxysmal hemicrania and short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache attacks (SUNCT/SUNA) and can therefore also be used diagnostically.
