摘要

Resuscitation of newborns, infants, and children differs significantly from that of adults. The 2025 European Resuscitation Council (ERC) Guidelines address these differences while further harmonising approaches across age groups. In newborns, the focus is on supporting postnatal transition and establishing effective ventilation, whereas respiratory causes predominate in paediatric cardiac arrest. Accordingly, ventilation and oxygenation remain central elements of paediatric resuscitation. The updated guidelines emphasise structured algorithms, early intervention and the importance of regular training. This article summarises the key updates and clinical implications of the 2025 ERC Guidelines for paediatric resuscitation.
