摘要

Following the introduction of specialist training in ”clinical acute and emergency medicine“, significant measures must be taken to facilitate the integration of the specialist training regulations into routine clinical practice. In addition to the further expansion of emergency departments in terms of personnel, organisation, and logistics, these measures also include the establishment of additional training facilities where specialist training can be provided comprehensively. The aim of this development must be to ensure that all emergency patients, including those in critical condition, can be treated in these facilities. The overarching goal of anaesthesia is twofold: first, to maintain its predominant role in preclinical emergency care, and second, to promote interdisciplinary collaboration in acute care areas such as shock rooms and emergency departments, as well as other intra-hospital emergency areas.
